               Trex Composite material for decking, railings, and docks colors:

                   •  Winchester Gray

               Upper-Level Decks:

               Composite material (Trex, colors: Winchester Gray and Saddle) for docks, decks, railings and steps
               as an addition to Lake Audubon Place Cluster standards with the stipulation that, if used in
               combination with existing decks or docks, staff will review the application for compatibility of the
               Trex color with the existing materials.
