Awnings

Awnings must be:
1. Solid color

2. Straight edge in design
3. Material restricted to flat surface canvas
4. Height at the highest point shall not exceed 10’ from the surface
of the deck or patio

5. Pipes and awning must be removable
6. Pipes shall be affixed to permanently mounted brackets which
must be painted the same color as the house

7. Awning must not extend beyond the firewall

(Following standards enforced by Hunters Green Cluster Association not by RA Covenants)

1. All pipes and awnings must be removed by November 15 and
may not be put up before April 15

2. All awnings must be inspected annually by the Cluster A.R.
Committee to determine whether the condition of the awning is
acceptable for next year’s use

3. Awning will only be permitted over the rear patio or deck.
