Windows

All window replacements require an application to be

submitted for review by the Design Review Board

Window Replacement Stipulations:

1. The window frame width to closely matches the width of the
existing frames.
2. The exterior window frame color be dark brown and closely
match the existing frame color.

3. All windows be replaced at the same time.
4. The windows have no grids.
5. Any manufacturer may be selected for replacement windows

so long as the color, material, and size of the replacement are
a match to the DRB-approved cluster standards for windows
in Golf Course Square Cluster.
6. Trim capping in any material may be used for window and

patio door trim

With the following stipulations:

1. That trim capping must be painted to match the DRB-
approved color palette for trim in Golf Course Square Cluster
2. That Trim capping for window and external door
replacements should result in an apparent trim width for

vertical trim
(or height for horizontal trim) of not more than 5/8” more
than the original trim width or height
