Deck design and railing

• Addition: 45 Degree angled corners deck railing simple 2x2 vertical pickets with a sweep
space and a trim piece at the bottom of the pickets. 4 x4 posts to be installed on the
outside of the fascia
• Original: 2x2 vertical picket railing with cap and trim board and lower fascia concealing
support posts (no sweep space)

Stairs

• Standard wooden risers (Ground Level)
• “Black” Metal Spiral stairs with square pickets no ornamentation with simple finial caps
(Stair treads to match the color of the deck itself) (Upper Level only)

Lighting

• TrexTranscend LED Riser Lighting 1.25” diameter color “Black” or “Bronze” for
installation on risers only (1 per riser maximum)
• 1 1/2” round Trex “Ambiance” LED Stair Riser Lights color “Black” or “Bronze” (1
