• Only on those units that do not have brick privacy walls
• To extend the full depth of the deck to which it is attached and replace the railing on that side
• Have a minimum height of 5' and a maximum height of 6' from the deck floor
• To match the deck finish and in conformance with the approved color palette

For ground-level decks: Wood, vertical louvered style screen

• Maximum 3' wide x 6' high. Approval required on a house-by-house basis
