• That windows and sliding glass door replacements be white.
• That all windows be replaced at the same time.
• That no grids be installed.
• That trim capping be allowed and must match house trim.

*Black window frames are allowed, however, any window or patio doors that are replaced or
substantively repaired must be replaced with windows or patio doors that are framed in white, per
the above standards; Black window or patio door frames are not a standard option for replacement
and/or new installations.
