Window and Sliding Glass Doors Standards

There is no condo standard for replacement windows and sliding

glass doors. All window and sliding glass door replacements require
an application to be submitted for review by the Design Review

Board.

• Trim capping (vinyl or aluminum coil) allowed on windows and sliding glass
doors, not to exceed a maximum width of 2 ¼”, color: white

Decorative Lighting Standards

For rear and front entry door locations:

Outdoor Wall Sconce, Model 2051-51, 9418-1, top fixed lantern style, clear
