Trim Capping

• Capping may be used on trim for homes that are sided with any material

• Pressure-treated wood (Cedar or Fir) boards, smooth or rough-sawn texture
• Width not to exceed 3/8” from original trim size

Stipulations:

• All trim must be painted color: Olympic, color: Oxford Brown.
• PVC aluminum wrapped trim capping must be color to match Olympic, Oxford Brown.
• Installation specifics, including treatment of seams and corners, be submitted to staff for
review.
• There must be no alteration of the design, dimensions, and/or profile of the existing trim.
• Materials must be painted the DRB-approved cluster standard color, and
• Homeowners must bring their home into conformance at time of substantive repair or
replacement, no later than ten (10) years from the date of this approval.
