Windows

All window replacements require an application to be submitted for review by the Design Review Board.

Trim capping

• Trim width must not to exceed a maximum width of 2 ½” for windows, 6” for doors
• Material must be either vinyl or aluminum coil
• Window trim capping color must be white or match the trim color (Navajo White)
• Trim capping can be provided by any manufacturer so long as the color is in conformance with the DRB-approved
color standards for windows and doors in Summit Chase Cluster

• 400 Series Tilt-wash double hung standard colonial grille
• Renewal by Andersen

Jeld Wen:

• Premium vinyl with colonial decorative grids
