• James Hardie Siding allowed (Select Cedarmill, 6”)
• There are 5 different packages for replacement colors, which are based off of original color
• No DRB application is needed if the color replacement adheres to the cluster color schedule for the home.
• Summit Chase Cluster requires homeowners to submit a DRB application for Staff Review and approval if the
homeowner will be using a different color from the assigned scheduled color of the home.
• Siding color must not be the same as any adjacent neighboring properties.
