Windows

There is no cluster standard for replacement windows.

All window replacements require an application to be submitted for review by
the Design Review Board.

• Six-over-six double hung window with fixed or removable grids

• Storm windows – full-view self-storing window

• PVC trim capping is allowed, with the following stipulations:

1. Capping color must match the DRB-approved color palette for
trim in Golf Course View Cluster

2. Trim capping for windows and external door replacements should
result in an apparent trim width for vertical trim (or height for
horizontal trim) of not more than 5/8” more than the original
trim width or height.
