The vertical siding on the fence to be stained to match vertical siding on the house and the
remainder of the fence to be stained to match the horizontal siding on the house.

CertainTeed, Landmark, architectural CertainTeed, Landmark Pro, architectural
shingles, color: Colonial Slate shingles, color: Max Def Colonial Slate

Stipulations:
• Homeowners must bring their roofs into conformance with the new cluster standard roofing
options upon their next roof replacement.
• The DRB notes that Landmark Premium is not currently available in Colonial Slate. If and
when Landmark Premium, color: Colonial Slate becomes available, it is to be included as
part of the cluster standards.
