Roofing

Cedar Shake
Option 1:  Cedar shake roofing may be left to weather naturally, or treated with a clear,
colorless, matte sealant;
OR

 Cedar shake roofing may be consistently stained:

Olympic Maximum Stain-Sealant
“Cedar Naturaltone” (semi-transparent)

Option 2:

EcoStar, Seneca Shake “Driftwood”

 A Design Review Board (DRB) application must be submitted for review prior
to installation;

AND

 If approved, the entire roof must be replaced at the same time with the
approved material.

Option 3:

The Foundry, Weather Perfection, vinyl 7” exposure, color: Rustic Brown 828
(mansard roofs only)
Stipulation:
 That homeowners must bring their roof into conformance with the above standards upon
next roof replacement.
