Arch Removal

All arch removal requires an application to be submitted for review by the Design
Review Board

Any combination of arches may be removed, with the following requirements:
➢ If one small third-floor arch is removed, both arches must be removed
➢ The mansard roof line must be restored
➢ All materials, colors, and trim details must match those of the existing house
