Rear Entry Patio Doors

• Sliding glass door with brown frames

• French doors are approved as an alternate standard for doors at the rear of the houses
with the stipulation that the frames match the trim or siding color

• Patio doors may be 4-panel sliding glass doors in the following brands and styles:

 Andersen - Narrowline (200 Series, 400 Series)
 Andersen - Permashield (200 Series, 400 Series)
 Andersen - Frenchwood
 CertainTeed - Standard and New Castle XT

With the following stipulation that the replacement doors match the existing in overall
dimensions and frame color and that the patio door have no grids.
