Front Entry Railing
• Railing at the front of townhouses are painted to match the trim and feature
pawn shaped finials topping the support posts
• Railings at the rear of the house are left to weather (matching decks and/or
rear steps) and have no finials
• Houses with garages have concrete entry stairs with the same style railing
• Houses without garages have concrete entry walks and steps without railings
