• Window companies: (Ply Gym, Mastic, CertainTeed, Variform, Marvin, Renewal by Andersen, Pella, Thompson
Creek, Window World, Power Home Remodeling)
• Double-hung, fixed, fixed geometric bay
• All windows must have muntins and mullions/grids
• Frame color: white
