Upper-Level Decks
End units MUST apply DRB for stairs
• Must not extend further than 10’ from the house
• Must be set in a minimum of 2’ from the adjoining units
• Decks to be rectangular in shape, but corners may be angled 45 degrees
• Railings must be vertical picket design
• End units must be set in a minimum of 1’ from the “open” end
• NO INTERIOR units can have stairs
