In 2005, ProSlide pushed the limits and launched a major game-changing water coaster innovation that featured Linear Induction Motor (LIM) technology, the same technology used in high-speed trains. Known as HydroMAGNETICS, this advancement created design breakthroughs with its on-demand energization and high force output supporting up to 1,080 guests an hour. In addition, thanks to LIM technology, these revolutionary attractions showcased the industry’s most advanced operational and safety features including block-zone technology and remote, real-time diagnostic service. This paved the way for the longest, fastest, and most dynamic water coasters the industry had ever seen. Several generations of LIM Coasters have won industry awards including the 2012 IAAPA IMPACT Award, one of which is also a 10-time, reigning winner of the Golden Ticket Award for
