The Last Gab
On the first day of December, we had a gab and it was the last one in this semester. We talked about this semester and other various topics. It was hard to say goodbye because we all liked the international bulldog gab so much. It was a great breakthrough in busy school life. We hope more students join the gab from next semester!
Black Friday and Cyber Monday
How was the Thanksgiving? As we introduced Thanksgiving last month, it is a big holiday in the U.S. On the next day, Friday, November 26, it was a Black Friday. Black Friday is a colloquial term for the Friday following Thanksgiving in the United States. A lot of brands are on sale on this day. It traditionally marks the start of the Christmas shopping season in the United States.
The next Monday, we had a Cyber Monday. It is a marketing term for e-commerce transactions on the Monday after Thanksgiving in the United States. It was created by retailers to encourage people to shop online.
