• Kansas City based developer Overland Property Group has expressed an interest in developing a 64-96 unit apartment complex in Perryton.
• The Company has developed apartments in 5 States including five communities in Texas
• The apartment complex would consist of two & three-bedroom units including a Clubhouse
• A minimum of 64 units will be “income & rent restricted” - aka (tax credit units)
• A percentage of the units could be “market-rate” and have no income or rent restrictions
