• As part of the Tax Credit application process with the State, the developer is required to obtain a Resolution supporting their development from City Council
• The developer is also seeking “local contribution” from the City in order to be competitive with other communities in the Region.
• The following pages will explain, in detail, the federal tax credit program, preliminary siteplan and view of the proposed development.
