In the event of an accident, Accident insurance will pay you a cash benefit for every covered circumstance from x-rays to ambulance service.

• Pays benefits for treatments of accidental injuries
– Treatments: physician exam, urgent care exam, emergency room exam, x-rays, ambulance, chiropractic care, physical therapy, appliances, blood, prosthetic devices, joint replacements, surgery, transportation, lodging, family care, hospital admission/confinement/intensive care
– Accidental Injuries: Fractures, dislocations, lacerations, burns, concussion, emergency dental work, eye injuries, ruptured disc, torn knee cartilage, tendons, ligaments, coma
– Accidental Death & Dismemberment
• Coverage options for:
– Employee, Spouse and Child(ren)
• Child Organized Sport: pays extra 20% if qualifying sport
