Short Term Disability
A disability could sink your finances if you’re unable to work.

• 1% Loss of earnings
• Benefit amount is 60% of gross monthly income
• $3,500 weekly maximum
• 7-day elimination period
• 3/6 pre-existing condition limitation
• No limitations for mental & nervous
• No limitations for drug and alcohol
• 9-week maximum benefit duration
– minor surgeries, pregnancy, back strain, knee injuries, arthritis and pneumonia
– maternity, substance abuse, and mental/nervous conditions
