Boutique Retirement ClubsTM
Designed as live-in country clubs, OPG has created the concept of Boutique Retirement ClubsTM (BRC’s). These developments will target a senior demographic, including Baby Boomers that are seeking a high amenity, concierge-living experience with customized home health care options which will allow residents to age-in-place. A resident member that is seeking to enjoy fine dining, a round of golf, or on-site entertainment can find these and many other amenities at a BRC.
The BRC development philosophy is to out-class the competition by identifying premiere locations and developing luxury, independent senior living communities in affluent neighborhoods, while providing superior services and amenities that go far beyond current market expectations for this similar product class.
Features like individual fitness programs with senior-centric HUR SmartTouchTM machines, Signature Concierge Services packages that offer a variety of entertainment and convenience options for resident members. Because fine dining is a priority for all BRC locations, we have partnered with premier restaurateur PB&J Restaurants to provide resident members with meals from highly trained executive chefs sourcing fresh ingredients and wielding their talents to bring creative, nutritious culinary delights for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A fine wine list, hand- crafted cocktails, and convenient catering create a five-star experience at every meal.
