The Fairways of Ironhorse - Leawood, KS
In 2017, Overland Property Group secured financing and began construction on the first BRC of it’s kind in Leawood, KS. The Fairways of Ironhorse is a $25 million development and will consist of 72-units. The lease-up began in March of 2018 and completion of construction is slated for March of 2019.
All of the amenities and features listed on the following pages are included in this design and the financial assumptions for the proposed BRC’s are based on this project.
