Introduction & Deal Points
• Kansas City based developer Overland Property Group has expressed an interest in developing a 48-96 unit apartment complex in Shallowater on the northeast side of HWY 84 & Ave “L”
• The Company has developed apartments in 5 States including five communities in Texas
• The apartment complex would consist of one, two & three-bedroom units including a Clubhouse
• Up to 48 of the units will be “income & rent restricted” - aka (tax credit units)
