The Residence at Arbor Grove will become a destination location. From the amenities and services offered to the reasonability of rent and prime location for seniors, this development will become waitlisted within 12 months.
 
3. Maintain and enhance neighborhood quality of life and appearance.
The Residence at Arbor Grove will be a $18 million investment in a neighborhood the currently has a vacant charter school across the street and numerous duplexes. The design elements of this proposed building will greatly enhance not only the visibility of the neighborhood by likely inspire re-investment in the surrounding properties. A rising tide lifts all boats!
 
4. Continue to support investment in the city’s education system.
While this development is restricted to seniors and will not generate any adverse affects on the student population, it will potentially open up single-family homes that previously were not on the market. These homes would potentially become available to new family or teachers seeking affordable housing within the community.
 
5. Deliver city services in a fiscally responsible manner.
