15.7. Injury
The Occupational Safety and Health Act require that any accident or injury that occurs at work must be
reported, no matter how small or trivial it may appear. Should you fail to do so, you may lose all claims to
Workman’s Compensation. You must therefore immediately report any accident or injury to Management.
Your Manager will ensure that you receive first aid or medical attention if necessary.
15.8. Loans
It is not Company policy to grant employee loans, although Management may vary this rule in exceptional
circumstances
15.9. Telephone|Internet Abuse
Pilot telephones|Internet are supplied for business purposes. Whilst we understand that some personal
calls and browsing may occur, any abuse will be noted and deducted from you, as per point 4.1, and the
necessary disciplinary actions will be taken.
This applies to fixed line telephones, as well as mobile phones, 3G cards and fibre/ internet provided by
Pilot.
15.10. Transport and Work Travel
It is a condition of your employment that you must have reliable transport to commute to and from work.
This condition is applicable to all staff, specifically staff who are employed to work on shifts outside of the
standard business working hours. You may use the business UBER account for approved business travel,
such approval to be obtained only from the HR head or a Director.
Personal UBER travel will be deducted from you as per point 4.1.

16. Company and Personal Security
16.1. Unauthorised Possession|Removal of Company|Customer’s|Employee’s Property
You may not remove or have in your possession, any item of Company, Client’s, or of another employee’s
personal property, goods or possessions, unless specifically authorised by the Company, Client, or the
individual concerned. Dependent upon circumstances, criminal prosecution may be considered in addition
to severe disciplinary action.
16.2. Gross Dishonesty | Theft
Gross Dishonesty|Theft are regarded in an extremely serious light. Management reserves the right to
prosecute offenders in a Criminal Court should they be found guilty of the willful, unlawful, or unauthorised
removal, possession, or theft of property that belongs to the Company, another employee, or a customer.
This rule may be extended where it is discovered that kickbacks from suppliers have been accepted to
induce or secure purchase of a supplier's goods or services by the Company.
