Laboratory supplies and materials are wisely utilized.




























































                          The  Isabela  State  University  Main  Campus  follows  a  system  to  ensure  that
                   equipment,  supplies  and  materials  needed  in  the  each  academic  unit  are  sufficient
                   according to the program requirement as stated in the CHED Memorandum Order  (CMO)
                   and that it is wisely utilized according to its intended purpose.

                          A  regular  inventory  and  monitoring  of  equipment,  supplies  and  materials  is
                   conducted  to  ensure  its  availability  and  functionality.  Each  academic  unit/department
                   prepares  their  own  annual  procurement  plan  (APP)  for  approval  by  the  Campus
                   Executive Officer and Budget Officer. Once approved only those items indicated in the
                   APP are purchased as scheduled, however, emergency purchases are done as the need
                   arises. After equipment, supplies and materials were purchased it will be issued to the
                   requesting units with proper documentation and the individual concerned units will  be the
                   one  in-charge  in  controlling  and  monitoring  the  usage  of  the  items.  Record    books,
                   logbooks, laboratory requisition slips and, daily tracking forms are used to  ensure that the
                   items are wisely utilized.
