               2. IMPLEMETATION

                             Describe the system of supervision of faculty performance in the following:

                                  preparation of instructional materials

                                  formulating, updating, and enriching of syllabi
                                  class preparation

                                  testing and evaluation of learning outcomes
                                  other faculty-related activities (e.g. OJT, practicum, RLE, off-campus
                                   teaching, etc.)


               3. OUTCOMES

                             Cite instances or manifestations of professionalism among faculty.

                                o  Faculty member collaborate with administrators, fellow teachers, and other
                                   employees in order to provide safe and positive learning experience for
                                   students

                                o  The faculty follows the direction of administrators in order to avoid
                                   undermining an administrators authority and to set a positive example for
                                   students.
                                o  A faculty provides quality education to all students. A professional code of
                                   ethics.
                                o  Faculty is not showing favoritism or discrimination against students.

               4. BEST PRACTICES

                             Cite as many best practices as you can on Parameter H (Professionalism).
                                o  The faculty follows the Code of Ethics of the Profession and the Code of
                                   Ethical Standards for Government Official and Employees (RA 6713).
                                o  The faculty demonstrates responsibility in terms of their assignments and
                                   other task that needs to be done.

                                o  Faculty ensure to retain harmonious interpersonal relationship between
                                   superiors, peers, students, visitors, and other members of the academic
                                   community.

               5. EXTENT OF COMPLIANCE with the Team Recommendations for Area II – Faculty in the last
                  Survey Visit.
