d) expenditures of residence halls shall be under
the direct supervision of the Director for
Business Affairs Office.

c) The Resident Adviser shall be responsible for the
assignment of students to the different residence
halls and shall see to it that only students with
proper character certification are admitted; and

d) The Director of Business Affairs shall coordinate
with the University Infirmary relative to the
health and welfare of the students.
