A researcher shall be given credit for his exemplary work and contributions
on research by giving adequate incentives in a form of workload credits,
honoraria, awards, grants, and credits for promotion.

Awards

Awards shall be given to researchers to recognize and
appreciate their exemplary work on their various research activities. It
may be in the form of plaques of recognition, trophies, research grants
and cash prizes which are given by the University, private and
government agencies and other professional organizations.
