3. The PARTIES agree that the obligations of the GRANTEE, under
this contract are binding, and that in any event of any violation by the
GRANTEE, the UNIVERSITY may require the GRANTEE’S performance
at the UNIVERSITY’s discretion.

4. The PARTIES, likewise agree that any and all actions to enforce the
provisions of this MOA will be filed with the court of competent
jurisdiction within the province of Cavite.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PARTIES have signed this Contract
