               2. IMPLEMENTATION


                             Describe the Program’s faculty workload system including the administrative
                                and other quasi assignments with equivalent teaching-load (ETL) and its
                                process of equitable and fair distribution of workload along the following:

                                      adherence to the provisions of the approved policies/guidelines on
                                       Faculty Workload;
                                      compatibility of specializations/experience on teaching assignments;
                                       and
                                      substitution/remedial policies (whenever a faculty is on leave/or on
                                       official business)

                             Describe other issues/concerns on Faculty Workload System and its
                                implementation (if any).

               3. OUTCOMES

                             Illustrate the congruence of faculty loading with compliance of faculty to all
                                academic policies such as timely submission on required academic reports.

                             Cite all activities to show that faculty are effective and efficient as a result of
                                effective faculty loading



               4. BEST PRACTICES

                             Cite as many best practices as you can on Parameter C such as effective and
                                efficient faculty loading.
                                   o   No faculty has more than five subject preparations
                                   o   No faculty has more than six hours of continuous teaching.
                                   o   Faculty schedule has time for course subject preparations, recording of
                                       student’s outputs, and other instructions-related workload.
                                   o   The faculty has proper distribution of teaching load in accordance to
                                       their subject specialization.
