➢ Cite as many best practices as you can on Parameter H (Performance of Administrative
Personnel) such as innovativeness in the performance duties.
• CvSU has an approved performance evaluation system for administrative
personnel.
• Performance of administrative personnel are regularly evaluated using the
Institution’s approved Performance Evaluation System (PES)
• Results of PES are used in promoting and/or improving the performance of
administrative staff
