Rule XIII. Amendment

Section 1. The Civil Service Commission may amend or modify these
Rules as may be necessary.

Rule XIV. Effectivity

Section 1. The Rules shall take 30 days following the completion of
the publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of
general circulation.

B. ADMINISTRATIVE DISCIPLINARY RULES ON
SEXUAL HARASSMENT CASES

Rule I. Title

Section 1. These Rules shall be known as the Administrative Disciplinary
rules on Sexual Harassment Cases.

Rule II. Coverage

Section 1. Theses Rules shall apply to all officials and employees in
government, whether in the career of Non-Career service and holding any
level of position, including Presidential appointees and elective officials
regardless of status, in the national of local government, state colleges and
Universities, including government –owned or controlled corporations, with
original charters.

Rule III. Definition

Section 1. For the purpose of these Rules, the administrative offense of
sexual harassment is an act, or a series of acts, involving any
unwelcome sexual advance, request of demand for sexual favor, or
other verbal of physical behavior of sexual nature, committed by a
