PROGRAM PERFORMANCE PROFILE
BSIT student, requesting for a copy of grades for his private scholarship application at the Office
of the Campus Registrar (one of the frontline services of the campus) where the University
Vision and Mission and Campus Goals and Objectives are posted.
➢ Documentary evidences on the participation of administrators, faculty,
staff, students and stakeholders in the in the formulation and review of the
VMGO.
A Multi-Campus Strategic Planning Workshop was held in December 19, 2001.
The workshop was conducted to revise the existing Agenda for Development (1998-
2006). There was a thorough analysis of the internal and external environments of the
vision, mission and values for change.
Participants included community leaders, alumni, faculty, staff, students, and
other stakeholders.
