➢ The Library Staff Development Program is attached.
➢ The Library Staff Development Program is divided into two; the Continuing
Professional Development and the Campus Development. The Campus Librarian aims
to be admitted to a University that offers MLIS (Masters in Library and Information
Science) by the year 2021. And to attend to more trainings and seminars that offers
new learning and knowledge when it comes to LIS field and to the adaptation of the
New Normal. While the Campus Development Plan, aims to procure additional books
to update the Trece Martires City Campus Library core collection and to be able to
follow the standard mandated by the Commission on Higher Education, to be able to
hire an additional full-time library staff. And to update the library space, equipment and
furniture.
