2. IMPLEMENTATION
➢ The Trece Martrires City Campus Library relies on the Trece Martires Campus’
budget allocation annually. This will be coming from Fund 164, from the Library
Fees of the students enrolled every semester. This fund will be thoroughly
scrutinized by the Budget Officer before submitting to the Main Campus for
approval. Fund to be allocated for the books, furniture and equipment will be based
on the total number of enrollees per semester. Upon approval from the Main
Campus, the Budget Officer will forward it with the budget allocation per year. As
of the procurement of resources, the Campus Librarian can submit purchase
requests of books, furniture and equipment then await approval from the Budget
Officer to proceed with the procurement.
