3. OUTCOMES

➢ Show evidences that library financial support from fiduciary, supplemental and
external funds is adequate.
➢ The schedule of fees is lifted from the Library Manual.
➢ The Trece Martires City Campus Library is currently utilizing fees from fines and
printing services. But due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, this has been
placed on hold.

4. BEST PRACTICES

✓ The Campus Librarian is writing to different libraries and institutions locally

and overseas to seek for donations of books and other resources. But due
to the Covid-19 Pandemic most of the libraries overseas informed that the
best time they can reach out to donate is by mid of 2021.
