Old wood coating: floor restoration with high speed single disc machines.

• High speed polishing machine like FUTURA is recommended.
• Start scrubbing the floor with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 1 or 2 according the condition
of the floor then proceed with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 3 and 4. Work dry at medium
speed of 200 rpm until old marks and imperfection disappear.
• Polish with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 4 working at high speed
Maintenance: buff the floor with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 4 dry system by high speed
machine.

Old resin and epoxy coated: floor restoration.

• High speed polishing machine like FUTURA is recommended.
• Start scrubbing the floor with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 0 or 1 according to the
condition of the floor then proceed with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 2 and 3. It is always
suggested to work with little quantity of water at the medium speed of 200 rpm for
about 60 sec/mq.
• Polish with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 4 working with little quantity of water at the
higher speed of 400 rpm.
Maintenance: buff the floor with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 4 dry system by High speed
buffing machine like Tornado. In alternative it can be used FUTURA at speed of 400
rpm.

Stone Edges & Skirt: polishing by hand grinder and polishing machines.

• Thanks to the high elasticity and performances and thanks to the various size
available, Supershine Soft can be used with any hand grinder and polishing machine
to operate in those situations where is not possible to use big machines. Supershine
Soft makes easy and fast to polish narrow and difficult areas.
• Start grinding the floor with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 0 or 1 according to the
condition of the floor.
• Proceed with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 2 and 3.
• Polish with SUPERSHINE SOFT 4. Work with little quantity of water or dry at higher
speed.
