Learning Objective
After studying this module, you gain knowledge about definition, social functions
and expressions used in giving congratulations and compliments to others.
Material Description
Congratulating and complimenting are two things that are not much different.
Both have the goal of saying positive things. But please note that
"congratulating" is a suitable expression when you want to congratulate. While
complimenting is an expression used to praise or give flattery to others,
