   It is important to stay healthy. You should eat fruits and vegetables every day. Drink water
   instead of sugary drinks. Exercise, like running or playing sports, is good for your body. You
   should sleep early and get at least 8 hours of rest. Don’t eat too many sweets or junk food.

   It’s  not  good  for  your  health.  Also,  you  shouldn’t  stay  up  late  or  play  too  many  video
