• Your Project Manager manages all components of your group incentive travel program – from your expectations to managing all internal processes, project timelines, budgets, reports and most importantly ensuring that the team remains on time and within budget.
• This management continues with our onsite team and upon the completion of the program leading full post con meetings and final billing.
