Arrivals into Palm Springs Airport (PSP)

to resort via sedans, SUV’s, deluxe sprinter vans, mini
buses or coaches
• Check-in at La Quinta Waldorf Resort
• Private President’s Club hospitality desk
• Hotel Porterage
• Welcome refreshments
The remainder of the afternoon is at leisure, with time to relax, unpack, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
EVENING ACTIVITIES
“Coachella Festival” Welcome Reception
at La Quinta Waldorf Resort
• Welcome to the ultimate festival, a true California experience! This festival is where music andexceptional entertainment delivers the iconic form of self-expression. Guests will be encouraged to navigate throughout
the venue, where they can get into the spirit by diving into activities like body marbling to become part of the action.
• Entrance to the festival will be set with a 10’ tall ribbon tunnel which will create a festival vibe for guests entering the space.
• Guests will be given custom branded, fabric wristbands as their entrance “ticket.”
• Balloon sculptures will act as both art installations and photo ops for guests. This eccentricity continues the fun and playful look of the event.
• Cocktail tables feature natural, distressed wooden tables accompanied by modern metal barstools. Centerpieces feature a cement box in alternating painted geometric designs and colors, filled with succulents.
• Central bar will be white, printed bar with geometric shapes, creating a cohesive design aesthetic.
• Soft seating finished in grass and side tables in
alternating colors match festival aesthetic. Lounge groupings serve for relaxation and observation of festivities.
•Dining tables will be covered in linens to complete the bohemian inspired maroon, green, orange, and teal combinations.
