“Celestial Mirage” at Coyote Flats
•The Celestial Mirage is a celebration of the splendor of the stars, and an exploration of how nightfall
can animate the surreal landscape of the desert in unexpected ways
•Upon entrance, guests will walk through a custom- made archway with lighting enhancements.
•Lighted open teepee tents bring the beauty of the desert to life by allowing guests to view the heavens from the comfort of exclusive lounge groupings and bar stations.
•Lounge groupings match the rustic feel with a wood piece side table, gold, glam cowhide, and cluster of pillows.
•Circular tribal bar sections are combined to complete a circular bar in the middle of a lighted teepee. Matching highboys and metal barstools complete the look.
•Fire tables, ivory fur accent chairs, and tribal lounge chairs, are also included. Tiki torches replace the need for additional market string lights.
•Rustic, square tables paired with natural, wooden chairs enhance the dessert while tribal glam linen and vessels brimming with tendrils of fairy lights capture fallen stars to your table.
•Glide through the cosmos with a visual tour where astronomers assist in taking photos through telescope lens.
•The Trio Gadjo offers a spin on Django Reinhardt-
inspired gypsy jazz with a bit of blues, swing, and

EVENING ACTIVITIES
“Enchanted Garden” Final Awards Night
•Sit back in a beautiful canyon in the Indio Hills. This amazing two-leveled venue features a replica Indian Village that has been recreated with historically accurate detail using the
same techniques used by the Cahuilla People 2,000-3,000
years ago. There are three sparkling pools, a running stream, and spectacular views. The lower level (main event area) showcases the awesome beauty of the desert through the use of spectacular lighting and natural elements. The Enchanted Desert features a magnificent natural desert setting adjacent to a lush natural palm oasis and surrounded by breathtaking hills that are bathed in dramatic colored lighting at night.
•This will be a night where design completely comes to life. The entrance will have suspended glass globes filled with tea lights and an abundance of greenery and moss that works together to design a mystical moment as cascading floral streams overhead.
•Mirrored bar fronts reflect the venue décor while tasteful back bars allow for displays of glassware and overgrown themed foliage and floral.
•Cocktail tables will feature silver, regal highboy tables and will be accompanied by modern, gold metal barstools.
•In order to bring the right touch of enchanting earthiness
to your dining tables, rounds will be adorned with delightful citron sequined linens, copper birch linens, and gold textured linens. Chocolate or mass chargers, latte colored napkins, and beautiful gold armchairs match the cocktail look.
•Centerpieces will feature tall, gold candelabras filled with seasonal purple and white florals with cascading greenery.
•A digital caricature artist will bring your guests evening to life and will serve as a memorable takeaway to commemorate the final evening.
•The Earth Harp transforms architecture and landscapes to create one huge, environmental symphonic stringed instrument.
