Reception and Evening
Reception on Princess Pool Upper East and West Decks with Dinner on Lagoon Lawn.
•Guests will enter the space via an illuminated
pathway brought to life with projected imagery of the stars and the vivid colors of the swirling cosmos. Hauntingly beautiful music from our Electric String quartet will further draw them into the space, fully immersing them in the ethereal elements of the evening.
•A stunning photo-op setting them amidst the stars will be followed by tray passed Moonset Orb Cocktails, a delightful cocktail experience that pays homage to the theme.
•A mix of sequined linens and mirrored tables will bring the stars to life at every place setting transmitting the guests from a ballroom to the heavens above.
•After a momentous awards dinner guests will move to the after party, a space brought to life with star map graphics, dynamic lounge groupings, and intricate sculptural lighting installation pieces.
•Guests will find unexpected culinary delights around every corner as they partake in custom whiskey infusions, smoked cocktails, gourmet glowing cotton candy, edible geodes, liquid nitrogen ice cream, enjoy the thrilling talents of our flair bartender, and are awestruck when they encounter our Drone Bartender who gives a whole new meaning to shaken or stirred!

•A night celebrating the stars wouldn’t be complete without astronomers stationed around the space to take your guests on a tour of the cosmos, immersing guests in the beauty of the vast universe, all while their feet are firmly planted on earth.
•The energy of the night is kept high by a mainstage performance that can feature the unique musical stylings of a high energy celebrity dance band, or the immersive Projection Mapping DJ & Drummer experience.
•The finale will come as the stars come to life in the form of an LED Drone Light show followed by a Big Bang of a magnificent Fireworks show!
•to your dining tables, rounds will be adorned with delightful citron sequined linens, copper birch linens, and gold textured linens. Chocolate or mass chargers, latte colored napkins, and beautiful gold armchairs match the cocktail look.
•Centerpieces will feature tall, gold candelabras filled with seasonal purple and white florals with cascading greenery.
•A digital caricature artist will bring your guests evening to life and will serve as a memorable takeaway to commemorate the final evening.
•The Earth Harp transforms architecture
and landscapes to create one huge, environmental symphonic stringed instrument.

Guests will check out and take return transfers to the airport for departure flights home.
