Project Brief

The land is in a mountainous area with a gorgeous
view, with a sloping nature, and contains several oak
trees, so the challenge was how to deal with the land
with the most negligible impact and not put retaining
walls or remove any oak tree. We always say the land’s
topographic and physical data are the ones that draw
the main lines in the design, and the building took
some crumbs that were found to avoid removing the
oak trees. Naturally, the building was directed towards
the picturesque view, and because of the presence of
a slope in the land, and because we do not like to de-
stroy the land, we do not want to put retaining walls to
raise the ground level and put the front garden, so we
decided to put the swimming pool in front of the house
and on the main view, because it is the retaining wall
that will perform the function of preserving The level
of the land proposed to be used as a front garden for
the house, and thus we obtained a level difference that
allows us to place below this front garden and along

the walls of the pool the area of services and facilities
for the swimming pool and the garden.
