Account Management
We assign you an account manager, who will project manage the whole process and coordinate the relevant departments. For companies with multi-country claims, we can manage the process at an individual country level or route all dialogue through your company’s headquarters. We can also help with the mapping of international funding opportunities and implementing them in your organisation – but more of that later.
They will be the day-to-day contact for your business, providing key account management and support for the partnership - providing regular updates, attending meetings, meeting with your clients (where appropriate), carrying out screenings and dealing with any queries.

They meet with your client’s technical and financial contacts and provide all the necessary technical analysis and expertise, complying with regulations and guidance, producing all necessary documentation – reports, cost analysis – and managing any questions or requirements from tax authorities.
Our client services & support team tailor our service to each client, providing a bespoke support package. They co- ordinate activities, monitor progress, manage deadlines and update both the accountant partner and your client on status, providing dedicated client support 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, together with a 24-hour maximum response time for all client queries.
